The thin client computers don't required any kind of updates, the server provides all the updates automatically to the thin clients and it is the only one which needs to be updated.
The servers are updated automatically across the network via the Internet.
Once the server has been updated, the thin clients receive all the resourses updated automatically.
The updates are done in a monthly or weekly basis (diarly if it is required) across our maintenance system, which is connected directly to the servers across the Internet.
The updates are the fixes and enhancements of the code of the operating system, programs and applications used by the server, and therefore by the thin clients.
These update process doesn't required any personal assistant, it is performed across the network, but in case of be required one of our technicians will come to your company, without any cost.
